I believe it’s not a lawyer’s job to judge,
it’s a lawyer’s job to defend. I believe everyone has a story to tell and
it is for me to learn about my clients and their stories from my clients.
These are my beliefs, and I promise to hold true to them.

I strive to be a distinguished criminal defense attorney, by consistently delivering client focused, highly skilled, ethical, and aggressive legal representation to my clients, for a reasonable fee.

For the past decade I’ve dedicated my practice to criminal defense. I have worked in both the private sector and public sector, dealing with a wide variety of legal matters. This experience in both sectors has given me the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the most experienced attorneys in the State.

The variety of my experience has given me invaluable experience and in-depth knowledge of both the law as written, and how it that law gets applied in our legal system. This allows me to find creative solutions and strong defenses for the cases I handle.

My diverse experiences have also given me the skills to work with and represent clients from every walk of life. I consider myself an attorney and counselor and know that an arrest can be confusing and embarrassing.

I make every effort to make my clients as comfortable as possible throughout the case by being available to answer questions, explain criminal procedure, and discuss all of the options with them so that they can make an informed decision.

My desire is to provide the most effective and comprehensive defense available to my clients. This is why I learn about my clients’ unique situations from my clients themselves, and consider their diverse life experiences, unique needs, and individual goals when helping them find the best possible outcome for their cases.

Every client who walks through my door is a unique individual, and I treat each and every one with dignity and respect. There are no “cookie cutter” cases, and no “cookie cutter” clients!

If you or a loved one needs a lawyer, you owe it to yourself to hire an experienced lawyer that puts you and your needs first. A lawyer who knows how to investigate and aggressively defend criminal cases, and give you the best chance of avoiding the serious consequences of a conviction. A lawyer like me.
